Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return a product within 30 days with a receipt and in its original packaging. However, there’s a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, except for large party orders where no restocking fees apply for returns up to 50% of the original purchase.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. Personal checks are not accepted.

Do you offer wholesale options for bars, restaurants, or events?

Can I purchase products online?

Yes, you can buy online for your convenience. Visit our shop page to view our online inventory.

Can I request a product that I don't see in your store?

Absolutely! We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. You can even special order a case and receive a case pricing discount if the product can’t be stocked regularly due to demand, pricing, or availability.

How can I get an allocated bottle of spirits?

Allocated spirits are exclusive and in high demand. Call us to inquire about available allocated bottles, and get to know your local manager for potential opportunities.

What are your regular and holiday hours?

We’re open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 9 PM. We’re closed on Sundays as required by Texas Law. We’re also open on major events or holidays except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

We do not offer shipping delivery services at this time, based on our location and license.
